In Terre Sainte, three different neighborhood lot types connect to offer a wide range of design options.  A variety of architectural styles are welcome, each bringing its own distinct character and personality, yet all working together to provide variety and interest throughout the neighborhoods.  Trees planted along the streets will ensure sidewalks will be shade lined and the overall beauty of the neighborhood will be enhanced, in addition to the already scenic views of Contraband Bayou.  Community is important here and the centrally located park will be the “hub” of Terre Sainte.  This will be a place for parents to visit while children play and neighbors gather for special events.
