Master Plan

Terre Sainte Village

Terre Sainte Village is a new urban design reminiscent of historical or garden district areas. Here you will find a mix of modest to moderate sized lots with diverse architectural styles to add variety.  Front porches with ceiling fans and porch swings are encouraged, and parking is relegated to the rear of the houses to maintain pleasant views. Terre Saint Village is a very walkable neighborhood with broad sidewalks, wrought iron posts lining the streets, direct access to the acre-plus centrally located park, and is within walking distance is adjacent Walnut Grove neighborhood.  The urban feel will be sure to attract anyone from young couples to those settling into retirement looking for a community feel.

Terre Sainte Park

Terre Saint Park was inspired by houses that line Audubon Park in New Orleans. Front porches are required in this neighborhood and will all face the one-acre- plus park creating a well-defined outdoor center “hub”.  Terre Saint Park lots offer the best of both worlds, a community park for neighbors to visit and children to play in the front, and a private back yard in the rear of the houses.  All houses in this neighborhood will have rear garage or carport entrances from St. Bridget and St. Andrew Lane.

Terre Sainte Estates

Terre Sainte Estates was designed for a more traditional subdivision feel with cul-de-sac ends and larger lot sizes. This neighborhood includes five waterfront lots having direct access from the mouth of Contraband Bayou to Prien Lake and Lake Charles.  Sidewalks connect Terre Saint Estate lots to the other neighborhoods and to the scenic views of Contraband Bayou.
